MWM Service Tutorial Video Series “Do it the smart way”
The video series “Do it the smart way” is a digital service format of the MWM brand that is presented by Caterpillar Energy Solutions. In the tutorial videos, Alexander Klotz, Technical Trainer at the Learning Center Service in Mannheim, Germany, provides basic instructions and tips for the maintenance of MWM gas engines. On the YouTube channel “mwmgenset”, the four episodes of the video series are available in English, German, French, Spanish, and Chinese.
Award-Winning Video Format for MWM Customers
At the WorldMediaFestival 2021, the first two episodes of the MWM service tutorial video series “Do it the smart way” won the coveted intermedia-globe Silver Award. Under the supervision of Frank Fuhrmann, Manager PR & Online Marketing at Caterpillar Energy Solutions, the video series is produced in collaboration with the event and film agency Motionplan.
