Comprehensive Financing Solutions

In addition to supplier credit and collateralized loans, MWM offers individual project financing solutions. For example, MWM supports the financing of special-purpose companies with credit financing on a cash-flow basis. Off-balance-sheet financing of projects is made possible by means of short or long-term financial and operating leasing. Additionally, the MWM financing portfolio also includes sale and leaseback offers.

Feasibility Analysis

Prior to the implementation of a financing solution, MWM offers its customers a feasibility analysis. Based on VDI guideline 6025 “Economy calculation systems for capital goods and plants”, central parameters of the planned project are analyzed, calculated, and evaluated.
As the financing is regarded as a fixed, significant project component, the MWM customer is coached by a financing expert throughout the entire process.
