Digital MWM “TCG Portal” Provides Partners with Easy and Secure Access to Tools and Services for MWM Gas Engines

With the innovative “TCG Portal”, MWM gives its partners secure digital access to all applications and systems for the MWM TCG 3016, TCG 3020, TCG 3042, TCG 2020, and TCG 2032 gas engines as well as all other engines of the TCG, TBG, and TBD series via a central platform. Instead of having to enter different user names and passwords as previously, all applications can now be accessed through one account with single sign-on. By the way: The abbreviation “TCG” stands for “Turbocharging (T), Charge air cooling (C), Gas (G)”. On the online portal, MWM partners can get information about the latest applications as well as service offerings and find useful links on relevant themes from the energy industry. The needed security is ensured by means of a Caterpillar CWS (Corporate Web Security) login.

All Gas Engine Services under One Roof

Services such as the Product Support Center (PSC), the Service Shop, and the access to online training are unified on the online platform. In the portal environment, it is also easy to find the right contacts for questions and other concerns. To log in to the TCG Portal, users need to authenticate with their CWS ID and a second security check via e-mail or telephone. Users who do not yet have a CWS ID can easily request it via the local Identity Manager.

Now in the TCG Portal: The New MWM Product Catalog

By way of the TCG Portal, MWM partners can now directly access the new MWM product catalog. In this way, custom-tailored sales material can easily be compiled with a button click for the service team. The main benefit is that contents can systematically be selected and compiled for the respective customer or target group (e.g. information on repair, maintenance, on-site service, service agreements, MWM Premium Antifreeze, etc.). The contact details of the sales representative, your company’s address, and the logo can also be customized in the MWM product catalog. The result is a web-optimized, customer-specific product catalog that is also suitable for printing—a great tool for the next sales pitch!
